About the Hiring GroupOur Corporate Development team leads RTI'S mergers & acquisitions (M&A), equity investments and strategic alliances. We actively evaluate acquisitions and other forms of strategic partnerships that fit with RTI's strategy, mission and values. We’re seeking a highly motivated professional to join this dynamic team and play a pivotal role in advancing RTI’s most important strategic initiatives. This is a high-visibility role with exposure to executive leadership, investment bankers, investors, and target company executives. You’ll gain hands-on experience across the full deal lifecycle — from financial modeling and valuation to due diligence, negotiation, and closing — all while helping shape RTI’s future. What You'll DoDrive financial insights by conducting financial modeling/valuations, forecasting, and analysis to assess the viability of acquisitions, equity investments, and partnerships.Collaborate across RTI with corporate development, finance, legal, HR, and business leaders to evaluate synergies, risks, and deal structures.Lead due diligence workstreams, coordinating inputs across functions to ensure transactions advance smoothly to completion.Prepare executive-ready materials — company overviews, investment memos, Board presentations, and financial reports that influence decision-making at the highest levels.Monitor industry trends and competitive landscapes to inform RTI’s growth strategy and identify new opportunities.Champion RTI’s mission, ensuring all corporate development activities align with our values and comply with regulatory requirements.
