Position Title: Grant Finance Manager
Position Classification: Timebound; Exempt; Full-Time; 40 Hours/Week
Reports To: Associate Director of Grant Finance
Location: Employees in this role can work from our Boston, MA office, remotely within the U.S. or a hybrid of these two options. Up to 15% international travel.
This position is timebound and grant funded through June 30, 2028, with the opportunity to extend with additional funding.

Position Overview:
Partners In Health (PIH) is looking for a detail-oriented, results-driven Finance Manager with superb interpersonal and organizational skills to join the Grant Finance team, to play a lead role in the financial management and oversight of a portfolio of PIH grants. The Finance Manager will guide effective financial management of a diverse, cross-regional, award portfolio implemented in one or more PIH sites: Haiti, Peru, Rwanda, Mexico, Sierra Leone, Liberia, Malawi, Lesotho, Russia, Kazakhstan, and Navajo Nation. The Finance Manager will work with staff across project teams to ensure strong financial management for projects to deliver on time, on scope, on budget and with quality standards.

Pay and Benefits
The expected starting salary range for new hires in this position is between $80,000-$85,000/year and may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market for the position, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The position belongs to a class of roles that have a salary range between $70,000 and $95,000/year. Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan with automatic employer contribution, as well as participate in organization-sponsored medical, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability insurance, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee’s eligible dependents.
