Work assignments:
Support Thailand market with digital data integration and reporting by combining website, paid media, and transactional data through SQLbased tools and Google platforms.
Support accurate data collection and validation using GTM, GA4, and other digital tools.
Generate actionable insights and support testing roadmap to optimize acquisition and retention.
Increase local capacity in GA4, CRO testing, and data interpretation for optimization.
Ensure alignment with global data governance and campaign tracking standards.
Customize and implement UNICEF’s global data products in Thailand.
Enable advanced cloud-based automation and data transformation.
Combine data sources to support fundraising optimization.

Deliverables 1
Dashboard solutions integrating GA4, CRM, and paid media are built and maintained using Looker Studio. This includes designing and deploying dashboards tailored to Thailand’s acquisition and retention KPIs, ensuring integration of data from GA4, paid media platforms, and transactional sources. Localized versions of global dashboards/tools are also scaled for implementation in the Thailand market, with supporting documentation and adoption support provided to national stakeholders.

Deliverables 2
Integrating CRO roadmap and hypothesis generation by using our UNICEF Global framework and methodology to ensure campaign optimization activities are data informed. Provide testing reports include test structure, statistical validation (significance, sample size, variables) and recommendations.

Deliverables 3
Deliver internal bootcamp session for analytics and A/b testing creation. Deliver training sessions to Thailand stakeholders. Materials and pre/post assessments included.

Deliverables 4
All digital campaigns implement global naming conventions and UTM taxonomy. Tracking plans and documentation delivered and embedded with the team. A complete UTM taxonomy and campaign naming convention framework is implemented across all digital marketing activities in Thailand, in alignment with Thailand team to ensure consistency in existing reporting. This includes alignment with UNICEF’s global standards, onboarding sessions conducted with internal stakeholders and agencies, provision of documentation and operational guidelines, and implementation support to ensure full adoption and accuracy in ongoing campaign tracking.

DataForm pipelines in BigQuery are launched to enable automated data integration for paid media, website, and CRM data. Documentation of the process and scalable queries is delivered.

The selected candidate is solely responsible to ensure that the visa (applicable) and health insurance required to perform the duties of the contract are valid for the entire period of the contract.
