Job Overview: The Operations Assistant works with the Operations team, reporting to the Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day business operations and related administrative responsibilities for IRC’s offices in Florida. The primary areas of responsibility are assisting with fleet management, IT, and vendor procurement as well as tracking office inventory, and assisting with facility improvements.

Compensation: (Pay Range: $16.40 - $18.00**)** Posted pay ranges apply to US-based candidates. Ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, internal equity, and budget.
