Specific considerations for this assignment, if any, are discussed here:The Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic (MOH) is the implementing agency (IA) of the project and is responsible for overall strategic planning, direction and management of the project, and for ensuring compliance with loan and grant terms. The Project Implementation Unit (PIU), established under the MOH, supports the planning, implementation, monitoring and supervision, and coordination of all project activities. The Ministry of Health intends to use part of the project funds to hire an ICT-LIMS specialist from the project implementation unit.
