Description of Position: ACC is a dynamic and fast-paced Center that leads USAID’s efforts to transform the fight against corruption—within countries and transnationally—and blunt corruption’s impact on development and democracy. ACC’s Program Support, Planning, and Response (PSPR) Team leads, coordinates, and provides guidance to ACC on planning, budgeting, financial management, activity design and procurement management, and reporting, and manages ACC’s Anti-Corruption Response Fund (ACRF). The Management and Program Analyst leads, guides, and supports ACC in budget and financial management, planning, and tracking; activity design and procurement management; resource allocation planning and tracking; and reporting. The Management and Program Analyst also has overall management responsibilities for the ACRF. The incumbent reports to the ACC’s Deputy Director and works in close collaboration with other ACC staff members.
