The Oxfam International Secretariat is currently headquartered in Nairobi, with offices in Oxford, Washington DC, New York, Brussels, Geneva, and a liaison office with the Africa Union in Addis Ababa.

This consultancy will provide support to the One Africa Team and based in the OI Secretariat.

The Role

Oxfam in Africa is looking for a Retreat Facilitator to supports Oxfam in Africa Leadership Team to hold a staff retreat in October 2023.

We are looking for a Consultant with ;

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience with demonstrated success in orchestrating organizational development, leadership development and change management are required.
  • Experience in facilitating such events in large multi-cultural organizations like Oxfam.
  • Experience in the design and conduct of effective and measurable Organizational Development interventions.
  • Experienced executive coach.
  • Exceptional communication skills and experience managing expectations while working with Senior Leadership.
  • Ability to communicate in English and French will be an asset.
