WorldFish is implementing a project named "Taking Nutrition-Sensitive Carp-SIS Polyculture Technology to Scale" in Odisha and Assam states of India (2021-2024). The technical protocols for mass seed production, nursery rearing, and transportation of selected SIS species have already been developed under the project. The present assignment is to evaluate and develop business models for commercial SIS seed production in partnership with private hatcheries, nurseries, and seed traders in the targeted locations.
