Scope of Work- Graphic Designer/Illustrator for Training Materials Winrock International is implementing a project in Liberia to address child labor, forced labor, and human trafficking, To further this end, Winrock is seeking a graphic designer/illustrator to create up to approximately 50 illustrations and/or graphic images around these topics for project training materials, including flipcharts, posters, and curricula. Images will include men, women, and children in various situations and settings and should be culturally appropriate for Liberia. Winrock will provide the selected candidate descriptions of images to be produced. Included in this posting is an illustration from a flipchart on HIV testing that serves as a sample of the type of design Winrock is looking for. Responsibilities: Hold introductory meeting with Winrock to understand needs and use.of images. Develop a set of draft images for feedback from Winrock. Develop up to 50 illustrations and/or graphic images. Revise illustrations/images as requested by Winrock. Candidates from all countries should apply but those with experience designing materials for use in West Africa will receive preference. Applications from companies or groups will also be accepted. In their response, applicants should provide a total amount in USD for the work to be completed, an estimated timeframe for completion, a brief description of previous experience, and samples of similar previous work if possible.
