Job Description

The USAID Project Management Specialist (Regional Energy and Climate Change) is posted in the Environment Office (EO) of USAID/Philippines, Pacific Islands and Mongolia (Mission). The Regional Energy and Climate Specialist helps design, manage, monitor, evaluate, and report on energy and climate change efforts across the Philippines, Pacific Islands, and Mongolia. The Specialist will support and contribute his/her expertise to a complex environment portfolio that covers a wide range of technical areas and priority initiatives for the U.S. Government (USG). This portfolio includes a $57 million electrification activity, $34 million energy security activity, $25 million climate activity, $12 million energy governance activity as well as several other regional and bilateral activities.
