Winrock International is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants and vendors to conduct a Political Economy Analysis of the Forestry Sector to inform SCALE-NRM to adjust its program strategy, and focus its program activities, so that it effectively, efficiently, and sustainably achieves its goal of improving forest governance and natural resources management in Malaita and elsewhere in Solomon Islands.

Solomon Islands Strengthening Competitiveness, Agriculture, Livelihoods, and Environment project invites interested and eligible parties from, consultants and vendors, to prepare proposals. Eligible vendors must have extensive experience in the designing and conducting political economy analysis in development sector particularly in forestry and natural resource management. The vendor shall be selected in accordance with competitive bidding procedures and best overall value procurement results provided by Winrock’s Solomon Islands Strengthening Competitiveness, Agriculture, Livelihoods, and Environment.
