Note:

Winrock International is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to conduct a baseline study, which will be used to establish a baseline against which to measure progress and set targets for the project indicators to achieve over the next five years for the USAID Solomon Islands Strengthening Competitiveness, Agriculture, Livelihoods, and Environment Project

Interested and eligible vendors wishing to participate in the bidding process should request a copy of the information packet and obtain further information from the email address specified above. 

Solomon Islands Strengthening Competitiveness, Agriculture, Livelihoods, and Environment project invites interested and eligible parties from, consultants and vendors, to prepare proposals. Eligible vendors must have extensive experience in the designing and conducting baseline and similar studies in development sector particularly in agricultural livelihoods and natural resource management. The vendor shall be selected in accordance with competitive bidding procedures and best overall value procurement results provided by Winrock’s Solomon Islands Strengthening Competitiveness, Agriculture, Livelihoods, and Environment.
