The Resource Mobilization Strategy is key to sustaining the activities of grassroots organizations such as the Youth Entrepreneurship and Leadership Development (YELD) in her service delivery to Young Entrepreneurs. One of such main sources of funding remains the international donor community. The volunteers will contribute to raising mission awareness for the organization that will lead to an increase in donor portfolio to carry out her program and projects in realizing the entrepreneurial success of under-resourced startups in our mentorship program. YELD strives to complement efforts made by international development partners and governments to scale up youth enterprise development. However, to source funding from donor agencies has become very competitive. Hence, the need for a strong, viable, and winning social media strategy to create solid awareness of YELD’s mission and activities. That is where the services of the volunteers become indispensable.
