The Accountant, Donor Revenue & Reporting will be responsible for timely and accurate delivery of a portfolio of donor financial reports, supporting PSI audit requirements, and internal user needs of PSI financial information.

Your contributions

  • Manage a portfolio of financial reports for projects to ensure proper reporting in compliance with donor agreements and related regulations, and timely submission (including maintaining documents in the Flow and D Tracker).
  • Prepare journal entries, with consideration for US GAAP, PSI’s donor reporting requirements, and potential financial exchange risk.
  • Complete financial project closeouts in Lawson.
  • Provide assistance with internal or external audit requirements as required.
  • Work on special projects and duties as needed.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's Degree (or international equivalent) in Accounting, Finance, or a related analytical field.
  • At least 3 years of accounting exp in financial reporting, non-profit or public accounting.
  • Knowledge of US GAAP.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively interact with senior management and individuals with varying degrees of financial knowledge.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office, expert Excel user, including pivot tables and advanced functions, familiarity with data query tools helpful
  • References will be required.

  • The successful candidate will be required to pass a background check.
