Role Description:
The Partnership Builder will be a core member of the team building the Economic Architecture Initiative. The role requires an entrepreneur committed to innovating for the public good. The ideal candidate will have strong conceptual, organizational and writing skills and experience building teams of teams.

This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in building an initiative to address major market failures domestically and internationally in sectors such as financial markets, science, and technology.


  • Lead initiative’s effort to search, select and engage prospective jiu-jitsu partners for an emerging initiative

  • Build the larger team of teams comprised of co-lead partners and jiu-jitsu partners

  • Host the on-going design and re-design of our systems for engaging partners

  • Maintain the highest quality partnerships and team of team membership

  • Develop clearly defined goals, objectives and KPIs


  • Bachelor’s degree with 10-15 years of experience in the communications field or master's degree with 8-10 years’ relevant experience

  • Demonstrated track record as an entrepreneur

  • Demonstrated experience managing diverse stakeholder groups

  • Experience collaborating across teams, working remotely, across different geographies

    and cultures.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage deliverables in a fast-paced, unstructured


  • Strong problem solving and organizational skills

  • Strong intellectual curiosity, entrepreneurial spirit and demonstrated commitment to social change
