UN Women is seeking an International Consultant to design and layout for advocacy, training, programme and communication materials.
The key objective of the assignment is to support UN Women in Timor-Leste to design and layout for advocacy, training, programme and communication materials.
Under the overall guidance of the UN Women Head of Office and direct supervision of the Communication Officer, the Consultant will work closely with UN Women Timor-Leste programme staff in designing and layout of advocacy, training and communication material and will perform the following tasks:
The total duration of the contract assignment will be from 12 October 2020 to 31 December 2022 for a maximum of 60 working days.
Payment in full upon final submission and satisfactory outputs/products in accordance with specified requirements.
Upon receipt of the deliverables and prior to the payment of the instalment, the deliverables-related reports and documents will be reviewed and approved by UN Women. The period of the review is one week after receipt.

A two-stage procedure is utilised in evaluating the proposals, with evaluation of the technical proposal being completed prior to any price proposal being compared. Only the price proposal of the candidates who passed the minimum technical score of 70% of the obtainable score of 100 points in the technical qualification evaluation will be evaluated.
